This Privacy Policy describes how InfraNex (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use the GymStreak mobile application (the “App”).

1. Summary

GymStreak is designed to work primarily on your device. Health, workout, nutrition, and related information you enter is stored locally unless you explicitly use features that send data elsewhere (for example, sharing a backup file or opening a link in your browser).

2. Information the App processes

The App may process information you provide or generate, including:

Health and fitness-related inputs (for example vitals, measurements, workout logs, muscle plans).
Food or nutrition entries you save in the App.
Optional images you choose from your device (for example progress photos), stored in the App’s private storage area on your device.
App settings and preferences (stored on the device).

We do not operate an account system in the App as described in this policy, and we do not intentionally collect this information on our servers through normal use of the App.

3. How information is stored

Local database and preferences: Core data is stored on your device using local storage (database and preferences).
Backups: If you use backup, the App can create an encrypted file on your device. If you choose to share that file, it is sent only to the destination you select (for example another app). We do not receive a copy of your backup file unless you send it to us directly.

4. Permissions (Android)

The App may request access needed to let you pick images from your device, consistent with Android versions:

Photos / media (READ_MEDIA_IMAGES): to let you select images you choose to attach.
Storage (READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, older Android versions only): for image selection on older devices where the system requires it.

You can deny permissions; some features that depend on them may not work.

5. Third-party services and links

The App may open websites or apps outside GymStreak (for example through your browser or the system share sheet). Those services have their own privacy policies. We do not control them.

Listing common libraries in the App does not mean we send your health data to those projects’ servers; most processing happens on your device. If you add analytics, ads, or cloud sync later, you must update this policy and your Play declarations.

6. Children’s privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

7. Security

We use reasonable measures appropriate for a local-first app, including storing data in the App’s sandboxed storage on your device. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure. You are responsible for device security and for any backup files you share.

8. Your choices

You can stop using the App or delete it; local data is removed with the App according to your device’s behavior (you may also clear app data in system settings).
You control whether to create or share backups.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version at this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
